Alright, I've had to search High(haha) and low for an awesome dispo, because as it turns out it's pretty hard to find a really good one. Im talking about a REALLY STELLAR ONE that will consistently put a smile on your face and a joint in your hand. Well, I've found this little weed haven just off Buchanan st! The next time you have a hard day at work. just run on down to The Treehouse and enjoy the charisma of the staff, alongside the BEST prices in town, and watch your frown turn upside down! If you're lucky, you'll meet the "RADdest" Budtender in town!

I have been to a few other dispensaries in the Duncan area, and Bud Barn is by far the best.

I visited here on 7/14/18 around 7:30 pm or so and had Marissa (spelling?) as my Tender of All Things Bud. I asked her myriads of questions only a knowledgeable bud tender would know. She answered them all and took TIME with me which some Dispensaries seem disinterested in doing. The atmosphere was clean and in a safe Denver location. I took advantage of their District Edibles sale to grab 4 boxes. I'll be back for their concentrate next time. Great people and a great dispensary.

this is my neighborhood store. the service is top-notch you always greeted with a smile. These people know their cannabis strains. They're always willing to help you with anything you need. Love love love this cannabis store. The employees are just the best and it's just very convenient. Even have some late-night hours which I find to be also convenient

(This is for the University location.) This location is amazing and the service is amazing! The weed is dope, specifically the dreamy “Strawberry Nightmare”. Aaron (Erin?), the security personnel is great and always a fun time to talk to before I begin shopping! Only TINY issue is just the space but that’s just the layout and I’m sure they have it designed the best they can for their location as well. Love y’all!

The best selection of CBD strains in the Springs with award-winning strains. Superb collection of seeds for sale and good daily product deals. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Location is centrally located downtown area with great parking and excellent handicapped access.

As my first time visiting Colorado, and my second time in a Colorado dispensary, I’d say this was my favorite one. They were so welcoming and I instantly had good vibes. Joey and Tanner were super friendly and really knowledgeable when it came to our questions. They’re affordable & we were able to get some awesome deals. If you’re looking for clones, they’ve got ‘em! We also got to smell and see the flower before purchasing it, which was really nice compared to other places I’ve been. I’d give them a 5 star rating and definitely go back if I’m ever in Denver, CO again!

These people are wonderful, very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The budtenders are exceptional and hip individuals that have all only ever treated me with the utmost importance and respect as a customer/patient. Including on my worst days or after I've been cleaning or bathing the dog they are still as courteous as can be. They are appreciative of their clientele and express this with great products and prices. Earlier and later hours are a plus and they even have great sales and have customer appreciation days with barbeques, music, swag and more sales. Often they have a food drive to help with community challenges and awareness. Which I think is again exceptional as well as inspirational and phenomenal. I personally recommend The Chronicle Boutique to anyone and everyone whom appriciate great quality at great prices, terrific deals with Exceptional customer service. Fantastic selection of product in a variety of ways to ingest Marijuana from topicals to sublingual spray & my spouses favorite vaginal suppository. Very noticeable from the street with with very close street parking. Quick, simple & efficient yet knowledgeable & talented. Been frequenting this dispensary for year+ & have never been disappointed or seen any shady inappropriate behavior here.
