Don't know who helped me but was there on 12 17 2025 and the Lady working the front desk was amazingly nice and made the second time there better so was the bud tender whom helped me skinny guy but had an issue with my purchase u said I could return later cuse im out of the area I figured put the prob the mkx 3g geeko has a small plug in the mouth piece that the box does not say to remove but after getting the plug out and hitting it the product is amazing ( and yes im stoned writong this)

I have been a customer of verilife since they opened in Amherst. I really like all of the staff as they are all fantastic customer service reps. They are knowledgeable about the products and how I can get the best medicine for me. As well as pointing out the deals available. The availability of affordable products is becoming extremely limited with variety and cost when it comes to the concentrates though. I am hoping that soon verilife will bring them back because it's getting difficult to drive 8 1/2 miles for extremely expensive concentrates. Another big issue I have with the company itself is the lack of compassion and support for their employees. The employees are the ones who make the company because without them the company would crumble before their eyes. Employees deserve to be treated fairly, with compassion and empathy. Employees deserve to benefit when the company benefits. They deserve a comfortable and relaxing workplace environment. The employees need and deserve standing mats that prevents foot and back pain from standing on concrete for long periods of time. The employees also deserve chairs that provide comfort and maneuverablility in order for them to do well in their job. It has been scientifically proven that the better the company treats its employees the more productive and dedicated to the company they are. So Verilife please get it together and value your employees. Treat your employees with empathy, compassion and kindness. When you treat your employees this way you will keep your employees long term and prevent the revolving door. Some of the places in Memphis have mediocre products. This place surpasses them, in my opinion. You can’t beat good customer service and good people. I’ve been here several times and each flower has been fire!!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. Scot can be cranky, but he does soften up. I’m in a wheelchair chair now and would recommend Mint to anyone. My whole family goes there.

Everything about this place is awesome. I used to go to a dispensary in E Amherst and it was so inconvenient and so much more of a process every time I went. This one had a personal appeal, i told them what i was looking for and she showed me exactly what I was looking for. It's my new dispensary of choice

All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.

Great atmosphere, awesome selection of CBD strains from flower to wax, crumble, and even some hash. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. They also have CBD infused honey, oils, bath bombs and cartridges.
