Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.

As a medical marijuana user, I find it to be terrific for Service and often they have very good deals!

The team there was so nice and made it a great experience. I got 15% off FOR LIFE from going in during their opening which they're running all the way through next weekend. And honestly the location is super convenient for anyone around the area, much better than the ones closer to downtown Hartford. 10/10 love these guys and so glad there's a Fine Fettle in my area now!

I called first and they were helpful in letting me know the difference with medical and regular dispensaries which was very nice of whom I spoke with. Cane in. And my cashier Karisa M. Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand. She didn't need to go out if her way. But she did. Like everyone there has for me when I have visited. Thank you. Karisa!

One of the best local shops in the NC area, if you ask me. Very informative and friendly people--and consistently good bud! I've yet to use the lounge, but I'm looking forward to the day where I can get a good gang of friends around for a good sesh. Thank you for all your hard work and services! Love this place, it's the only dispensary I've found that carries Land race strains. The Durban Poison is just as good as I tried when I was in South Africa in the early 70s and the Acapulco Gold is just like I remember from the late 60s.

Love this place !!!!! Great stuff and fun staff they always know how to help and I’m a vet with ptsd so I’m pretty bad with people these days but they always help me out thank you so much for having the things I need for my medical problems

The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. I needed a strain that was good for pain relief, the bud tender knew exactly what I needed. They explained to me how certain strains and the turpines act, and how helpful the strain I picked might be. They explained what effects I could expect, noting one strain may Knock me out, while another helps with pain and would help with my energy levels. I will note that at one point there was an employee that was very loud and abrasive, however she no longer seems to be there. Everyone there has been nothing but respectful, attentive and courteous. The shop is clean, and they have a really good selection of both weed products as well as glass to choose from. No waiting outside in the cold like some other places I've been. This is the place I recommend to anyone visiting from out of town.

The owners of this establishment are honest, hard-working, family oriented people, and are definitely upstanding members of the community. When we moved to Havelock, we had to look for a new legal cannabis dispensary. We went to a few places, but we found that Harmony Hemp Farmacy was right up our alley. Not only were the products high-quality and their prices are fair but their staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
