Fantastic selection and the prices are so good I stopped hitting my regular med place. The bystanders go above and beyond and actually KNOW their stuff. I’d sent anybody here—first timers or seasoned veterans! Love it.

I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. I will be telling all my friends to check them out. Thank you!

My go-to place. Friendly service with great products. Every budtender there is friendly and very knowledgeable. Their rewards program is top notch. I've already earned a cart and a pre-roll through it.

I've been experiencing product not weighing what it's said to be. A 3.5 1/8 and 1/4 have been lacking product and after complaining i was given a discount on my last purchase but it was even less then the last one , Paid 45 dollars and only got a gram and a half after rolling small cones . -3!!! i'm so disappointed as this store was my favorite store , The staff are wonderful and friendly but not receiving what i thought i was getting has me me questioning the chain of command of receiving product from the companies that are sold in the store. I have mentioned this problem numerous times and the only answer i ever get is that its not the Stores problem ,its the import from the distribution centers.. Is this a fair way to conduct business ?? The consumer is almost a Buyer beware , if we get less then we paid for its our problem not the store i buy from .. I don't understAnd why no one checks inventory that's been complained about on numerous times , instead the store makes the money and the custermer is left to just " Deal with it" I'm extremely bummed out about this but it appears no one cares

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of flower, concentrate, vapes and more! Music and general atmosphere is bright and modern feeling. I drive out of my way specifically for Ethos.

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I was so happy to see their menu yesterday, fully stocked, sales etc. SALES EVERYDAY TOO!!! HAD AN AWESOME END TO MY DAY YESTERDAY BY STOPPING BY REV!!! LOVE this place!! Today was the anniversary of their opening. We go almost every Friday, but we're very happy the anniversary party landed today. The BVC boothe was amazing. One of their amazing staff designed stickers for different strains. Other amazing staff set up a make your own tie-dye shirt area, with BVC T's of course. The best part is the staff cares about you!!..Us, everyone...they want to help you out whether you are looking for a relaxing smoke or you need it for medical use. Blackstone literally changed my life for the better when I found them, I hope you all find them too! Thanks to the fantastic humans that are involved from start to finish at Blackstone Valley.

I was very easy to find what I needed on the menu. Their security and lobby staff are friendly and made me feel safe and welcome. The bartenders at the cash wrap area were very helpful, friendly and gracious. I can highly recommend visiting this dispensary.

Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.
