They offer fast weed delivery and their actual storefront is open, which is amazing nowadays in DC , I highly recommend checking out this dispensary without any disappointment 10/10

I grow my own so I’m incredibly picky about the flower I buy. I’m looking for good trichome production, a proper cure, and a clean smoke. I was skeptical about a "craft" label on a menu, but the buds they showed me were genuinely frosty, smelled loud without being hay-y, and burned perfectly white. You can tell they actually care about how the product is handled after it comes off the plant. Huge respect.

Always something good about this place! Great location, outstanding staff and friendly service. However, although the establishment is effectively providing quality inventory, one such provider does not completely comply with JOVA standards. SunMed is the culprit as in poorly trimmed product. Could use more trimming of dead leaves… seems like profit over quality!

This location has an extremely welcoming staff. I’ve been to the other locations and this one is the only one in Tidewater I use because the staff here knows what’s up. They will remember who you are, what you like, help you with the app so you get the best price, and tell you when your favorite is on sale. They’ll help you setup the reward app, and most importantly, they will help you make the right decision about what to get. And believe me you want the right thing, this isn’t the cannabis you’re used to from the street. I’m super impressed with all the employees and everything Ive enjoyed from Zen Lead Norfolk.

This is the epitome of what a local dispensary should be. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, the menu is clearly visible and legible, and the atmosphere is always positive and uplifting. And the cannabis itself is unquestionably high quality, which is really all that matters. I would choose this dispensary even if another was slightly closer.

I've been shopping here since they opened. The customer service has always been amazing. They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.
