I am thrilled to tell the incredible staff at Remedy that Niko went above and beyond what anyone should have for me. I had locked my keys in my truck. Niko said "I live in Novi, let me run you home on my lunch so you can get back in." It was one of the kindest efforts shown to me ever. I feel just like family when I deal with anyone in the store. Thank you Remedy for Niko and her blessings to me. I will never forget this

Happy 4th weekend All I had the BEST budtender, Marsha was amazing! She reminded me of flower, vape and all deals! My brother was here from out of town. Marshs made our adventure great! He's so excited for his return to 420 factory! Thanks Marsha for the smiles the laughter and the amazing customer services skills! ☆☆☆☆☆Marsha ☆☆☆☆☆

We stopped in for meds today and I was lucky enough to be helped by your amazing budtender Logan. He was knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to help me get the best deals available. He made me aware of product deals I wasn't aware of and I actually ended up spending far less than I initially anticipated.

I never visited and not been taken care of great things!!

Amazing product, and great service from the workers and Phil. Very happy with the product and deals. And got 50% off a zip for a first time purchase. Very happy

I’m always pretty happy with Nature’s Remedy but today I was extremely impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Evan. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again!

Scottie was so sweet. He was informative, personable, professional and friendly. He was very patient as we were first timers and a little confused.

They carry GREENHOUSE SEED CO. genetics which I absolutely love. I also love the DRAGONFLY products. Wonderful selection. I want to see more sativa dominant high CBD strains available but overall they carry a great selection.

Tara was amazing and very patient and professional. Definitely a five star

The guys working September 2 were great, it was such a welcoming environment and made me feel so much more relaxed .
