First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and friendly people. They helped me find a tincture for the pain after wisdom tooth removal. It’s good having them nearby, and conveniently they’re between a pizza shop and liquor store.

Many of our fellow citizens and friends do not have the means to enjoy such a fine products and that is against everything cannabis is about .. given to those who deserve a break and wonderful people. This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!
