of the 7 or so dispensaries I've visited in CO and IL this is one of the ones I've liked better. Good variety of products, friendly and polite but not overbearing staff, not too terribly loud or bright or confusing for those of us with medical conditions that could be disorienting or distressing for those of us with certain medical conditions, actually clearly and easily wheelchair accessible, definitely will be coming back.

I love coming to this place very helpful kind . I have a suggestion give people that check your id's a chair to sit on, and maybe a radio to listen to music. Nobody cares if they r sitting people r buying weed for God sake

My first time ordering and everything is online, and you pay through Aeropay for delivery. You have to check the website often for deals. $20 8th's are available if you order before they run out! The choices of bud are limited because it's ran by the state. The delivery driver was very professional. Verilife Hillsboro has the best staff. I was there today and everyone went above and beyond my expectations. Budtender Emily R. was very patient and friendly. There was a problem with my online order and they worked everything to my satisfaction. I am a medical marijuana patient. I had a slight physical issue while I was there and everyone was very patient and kind.

Quite literally root down has been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’m a lifelong sufferer of Diabetes and I have extreme Diabetic neuropathy. I have been averaging about 1 to 2 hours of sleep a night and thanks to my doctors prescription for medical marijuana and rootdown I have found drugs that help me sleep 8 to 10 hours a night. I’m like a new person and the staff at rootdown in Ocean Springs is the absolute best. I have to mention them my name, Jackie, Amanda, Justin, Pam and Mel are the best they sit down with you. They help you understand the different products and help recommend what’s best for you. I was a starter. I’ve gotten a little bit more advanced, and I have to thank the staff of root down who are the best. Uriel was my bud tender and he was absolutely awesome! I had to leave the line twice to transfer money and was scared I was being an annoying customer. Uriel was so understanding and kind!
