This is the only dispensary in this area so people who live around here really don't have a choice unless they want to drive an hour away. When they first opened up rec use here, the flower was old and dry. At least what I was getting was that way. Fast forward to 2025 and everything seems fresh now, but I do tend to look for new additions to the menu and get those. I saw where some people were complaining about price, but I compared the same exact products with dispensaries in KC and the prices are exactly the same. It's been my experience here where most of the staff are very friendly. Maybe not all of them all the time, but everyone has their bad days, so I don't fault them on that. Overall, I'd give this dispensary 4 out of 5 stars. The reason for the missing star is they don't have as large of a selection as other bigger dispensaries. But aside from that, these guys are right on par with everywhere else I've been to as far as staff, price and atmosphere. I'm very glad they are there because if they weren't, everybody would be driving to Joplin or KC all the time.

I recently moved to Peoria from Minneapolis and I’ve been to the 3 dispensaries close to my house, multiple times and I have to say Aroma has already won me over. When I’m needing to buy weed I check out all of their apps and see which one has the best options for $20ish dollar eights. Aroma seems to be the best. Really been liking the Paul Bunyan stuff lately and they seem to keep a decent stock of a couple of their good stains (crunch berries & apple fritter), hoping they’ll get Alien Pebbles, Purple punch & dream queen Paul Bunyan and/or some sour diesel or headband in their rotation. Other than that, I’ve been happy with this place. Definitely recommend. On one of my purchases I was given a free eighth and on another I got to spin their wheel and got a free pre roll. Go check them out!

But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.
