Lici helped me out today and I will be coming back just to see her and have her help me. I had ordered product online and she was able read me and my needs; which were not what I had ordered online. She helped me change my order and gave me some new knowledge to go with my beautiful products. I went in right before they closed and she, and other employees were very kind and didn’t make me feel like my late arrival was frustrating. Inside was beautiful, spacious, and clean. I just had a great experience with these folks so I had to hop on and give them reviews on whatever platform I could find lol. These guys are so reasonably priced and they have these INSANE discounts. I regularly take advantage of their buy two 1g cartridges get one for a dollar deals. They're already cheap, so I regularly get 3 x 1g Raw Garden cartridges for a total of $56 (plus tax). That's a great deal for Raw Garden. You have to look at their calander in advance but the savings are nuts. The customer service has been lovely as well. There was a mixup when I was trying to order something with a discount today and they gave me a bunch of store credit for the inconvenience. They gave me more than I would have saved with the discount. That's going above and beyond imo. That's what prompted me to leave a review today, but it's not the only time they've hooked me up. I rarely go anywhere else these days. I recommend this place to friends on a regular basis.

Sometimes the website inventory is slightly different than what they have on the shelves so I always figure it's good to ask. Luckily Jayden was able to find two of the specific product I was looking for. Super knowledgeable and helpful guy!

I drove by this place a dozen times before I realized it was a dispensary. It's located in an industrial area and blends in pretty well. A nice bonus is it happens to be on the way home from work. All the Staff was friendly and helpful. The selection was good and prices are on par with other places in the area. I'll be back

I've been using Bento since summer of 2021, and they do not let me down. Impressive prices and selection, excellent and comprehensive Customer Service, and prompt friendly and accommodating delivery. I accidentally missed my order this morning due, and I let them know and it was on its way back within minutes! If you are in Northern California (or are visiting) Bento is a must to at least try!
