I've been a client here pretty much since they started. I must say and this is commimg from a 25 year smoker and many many diff dispensarys. But that woman is by far one of the best there is. Always on point makes me feel comfortable always fair on top of best delivery service there can be. I'm actually waiting for then this very moment. I had such a great experience at this dispensary! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They weren’t just helpful, they were patient, which really stood out to me. I had a few questions and they took their time explaining everything in detail. You can tell they’re truly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It made me feel confident in what I was purchasing and comfortable throughout the process. I ended up choosing the Buenos Dias – Chili Watermelon Gummies on their recommendation, and they did not disappoint!

Short wait, extremely helpful staff. Took a solid 30 minutes to review the menu with me and made a few great recommendations. As another reviewer mentioned, the vibes are immaculate.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good.
