Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

I have been there 8 times Eric welcomed me like no other place ever has & I mean everywhere he's the BEST. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, ACC, DEALS, SIGNING UP FOR MORE DEALS. What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. First time visiting, awesome atmosphere, right at the start the women checking IDs was so nice and friendly. signed us up for rewards, the budtender was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and dealt with all my inquiries with a smile on his face.

Very clean and well run dispensary. Inventory is updated regularly on their website. Spacious parking lot. They couldnt have picked a better location. A walk away from Dorchester Brewing and the shopping plaza.

Best place, I work in the industry in the past directly with plants and now strictly in fertigation\irrigation. The sights I've seen at multi state corporate cannabis is concerning. I admire Mark's drive to help heal. My saying is that even people who just use cannabis to "get high" are still getting the medicinal benefits. The quality is always great regardless of the tiers. And the ability for all to find a price point that can help them. The staff are amazing, keeping true to what "customer service" used to be. They're all passionate about what they do and take pride in helping others. So grateful they're around and able to visit from another state. ME's reciprocity is sacred to the true American spirit, impactful and important.

i’m a regular here, and i couldn’t dream about going anywhere else. even if you can’t find what you’re looking for on the menu, the staff and atmosphere will keep you coming back, it feels almost like a family there. they remember me and my caregiver every week, the staff is beyond kind and sincere, and it’s always clean inside with the COMFIEST chairs!!! this was my first dispensary i went to, and i know i’ll be coming back for years !!!

I only buy from this store. The people are so friendly and they know their products. I have tried other dispensaries but I just didn't get the vibe I get at releaf. Great place, great employees, great products and best of all, great prices!

I have been a "regular" at Ayr since last summer and I continue to receive outstanding, professional, timely service. Budtenders in particular that have been extremely helpful and have made great recommendations are Kyle, Dee, Sal, Kevin and Drew. I wish I knew everyone else's names, as they are also helpful. They have been having sales galore, so many in fact that I still haven't used my 3rd new patient discount yet and it's been almost 6 months! Great selection, hit the sales, there's always something going on. It's given me the opportunity to dabble a bit with different consumption methods and strains. I do wish they would have sales from time to time on accessories but they have a good loyalty points system put in place that can be used for that. All in all, I love this place, these people feel like family after a bit.

Amazing staff , good atmosphere. Wait time isn’t that long compared to most dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and terpenes that assist in relief you’re looking for. They also offer 1st, 2nd & 3rd time discounts not to mention a referral discount for any first time patient you bring in that’s never been to any trulieve or harvest (you both get 50% off at the time of purchase) 10/10 would recommend this location
