Friendly staff, offers a great disability discount for those suffering the expenses of your illnesses. They have Next-Day Delivery for Medical Patients who are disabled or don't have a vehicle. They have the BEST and most Amazing events ever!!! Make sure to check their Facebook page or website for upcoming Community Events. I had so much fun at the 420 Caffeinated and Elevated Celebration. They had a really cool band Vanylla Godzylla perform as well as other artists and great vendors! Amazing atmosphere anytime I'm here.

Absolutely one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had. The team at Ivy Hall runs a tight operation while still making the atmosphere feel welcoming and genuine. You can tell management actually cares about organization, customer flow, inventory accuracy, and overall guest experience instead of just pushing people through the line. Every visit has been consistent — knowledgeable staff, solid recommendations, fast service even during rushes, and a clean, well-maintained store. The front-of-house communication and teamwork stand out more than most dispensaries I’ve been to. You have to come visit this dispensary. It outshines all the rest! Great Hours: open from 6am - 10pm (8pm on Sundays) Outstanding Deals: I can't find any better anywhere else. EVERYONE is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely dedicated to making your experience incredibly pleasant. The security team, cannabis advisors/senior cannabis advisors, agents in charge, managers/upper management, the very present/involved/hands-on owners and even the adorable shop dog, Emmy, constantly have smiles on their faces and put out good vibes, striving to bring smiles to all the customers as well. First time here at this location. Excited to be here as there is no dispensaries in Texas. A true recent struggle as I was a med patient in Arizona. Love the energy as soon as we walked in. Wasn’t sure which cashier to go to because everyone was eager to help us with a smile. Wish I remembered the name of our budtender but he the best! Well educated in the products and offered honest recommendations for us. I always appreciate true transparency with a purchase. He threw in an extra pre roll which was a nice surprise! Great group of people working here..definitely will be back!

This place is the best dispensary I have gone to! I drive past a few dispensaries just to come here. The staff is very knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed while you ask questions. They are always running really good sales too so you can always get a nice deal. Also, I am in a wheelchair, and before that used and cane, and they are always helping me with doors and anything else I need. Everyone here always goes above and beyond every time I come, which is why I pass up a place I could “walk” to from my house just to come here.

Great selection and convenient to shop at. Staff was helpful and warned me about a reward program which gave me a 10% discount on my order. Will def shop here again.

This place is not like other dispensaries from the vibe to the freebies and colors. (Freebies meaning pizza Friday and free drinks) The atmosphere is out of this world. Never been to a dispensary that feels like a party walking in! I love the new location! The cloud wall is top tier too

The customer service is excellent. I’ve been to this dispensary several times. The selection of quarter and half ounce flower is good from craft to budget there’s something for everyone. Yesterday 5/13/26 Heather, Mason, and David went above and beyond with their customer service. I will return.

Loved it here! The staff were so kind and helpful, relaxed and welcoming. The girl who checks your IDs when you first walk in was cheerful and she brightened up my day. The whole place is beautiful on the inside and CLEAN! And as a woman sometimes I feel intimidated going into dispensaries but Aroma Hill it wasn’t intimidating at all!! The service was so fast too, they had my products ready to go in a minute. Definitely will be coming back here from now on!
