This location is the best shop in Nederland and perhaps all of Colorado. Hyperbole aside, there is truth in that statement. The manager is superb. She has created a team that is both knowledgeable and nice. I always feel like they have the customers’ best interests at heart.

I've been to GEM a handful of times and every single time has been great! They're extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection of products to choose from. This is definitely my go-to dispensary.

Customer service is 10 out of 10. I have been traveling to Houston for my CBD concentrates for over a month now and they finally are getting some CBD concentrates in stock because I called them and request them by far the best shop ever. They care about Cannabis for recreational as well as medicinal purposes, and are excited about the industry. Do NOT go next door to Delilah where a few jerks are just there for a paycheck and they hate the tourists and treat them like dirt. They should be ashamed of themselves for not taking more pride in their work!! I stopped in here after the jackass at the dispensary across the street accused my ID of being fake. I would 100% go to The Dispensary again, as they have great deals and phenomenal product! We picked up some 1G prerolls for just $6 that were fire! The budtenders are super friendly and I'll definitely be back when I'm back in town for more boarding!
