Last time there, it was Olivia who filled my order, and before that there were a couple trainees who did real good Colfax has great bud, great prices, awesome frequent buyer points, and great staff. Little Raton is starting to get other dispensaries but the OG is still queen.

The first time I went to dark matter cannabis in hobbs..nm.. I was greeting by Roxie.. She was very helpful in what I needed and she was very knowledgeable about product.. And she had very good customer service .. Appreciate my visit to the store I like the atmosphere

Just wanted to say been coming here for a while and it's the place for price, selection, quality, and quantity. But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. First off, Trinidad is a place u have to visit if u smoke. I’ve never seen a towns economy more driven by dispensaries. It’s a cool experience. 2nd off… once u get there, this dispo is a must. I’m a complete strain and quality snob n this spot was an amazing balance between the top tier quality I need and surprisingly low pricing. So low that I expected to walk into some popcorn or shake OZs based on pricing, that were instead exactly what I had hoped for. I grabbed a zip of 28% Blue Dream for 65 OTD and some fiiiiiiiire Super Silver Haze live resin Gs for like $14 each. I went to a lot of the dispos while we were in town and this is the main spot as far as I’m concerned. (Not to say I didn’t grab a few things elsewhere too cause this town is amazing) Customer service was great as well. I think I dealt w the owner or manager on day 2, a very polite and accommodating woman budtender who got me exactly what I needed. Day 1 was even better as I had a different budtender who got me all hooked up while we had a chat about weed n South Park Easter eggs that are really true in Colo. Oh and one of the most important things, which I can’t say for all the spots in Trinidad… THEY UPDATED THEIR LEAFLY MENU ACCORDINGLY. I went to another spot next door and went 0 for 4 on strains I wanted that had appeared online days before we got there and even after I had brought it to their attention. Underground Station is dope!!! Go check out Trinidad for a weekend n clearly make a plan to stop by Underground Station both days and load tf up! I’ll be back for sure.

The staff has always been kind helpful people who are knowledgeable about the products which is very helpful while trying to choose the correct medicinal flower for me. The prices are good here and I can always find an affective medicinal strain to treat several things that I have going on from pain to sleepless nights.Much more than that even. It helps with many conditions.

While my first experience was somewhat lacking, the owner went above and beyond to correct and make their desire for patient service & satisfaction known. My second encounter with Bud-tender Barnes was great and informative. Make sure to check out the selections online as well as in store. A great addition to the cannabis family!

WONDERFUL, WELL INFORMED STAFF! The best dispensary in Louisiana by far. Everything is so open and you can pick up and look at all the strains, even smell them! I would drive here from almost any part of Louisiana just to deal with only their employees.

Went after working and close to closing time. the budtender was super patient and super awesome. Gave me 3 recommendations that i tried and have absolutely glowing reviews on all three and their quality.
