I felt everyone who works there wants you to have a positive experience

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

The staff is well educated and easy to work with. Budtender Jacob had a keen and thorough understanding of the clones I was seeking. We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.

Foothill Health and Wellness is a local gem! That’s why people will drive right through Sacramento just to get to this place! Don’t let the small entrance fool you, this place is huge! Large enough for free yoga classes & massages on Saturday mornings, and multiple events from multiple brands! They’ve got old school dispensary vibes, comfy couches, awesome music, a happy staff, natural lighting, cool art! Location was a little unassuming which almost caused us to miss this amazing dispensary! 1st timers will enjoy a 35% off coupon for whatever they put in their basket (except other discounts) staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, prices were very fair and were actually lower than I was expecting! It’s a shame we don’t live on the west coast because this would be our go to dispensary. Highly recommend.

Great place, great staff. Their prices are "out the door"...so if it says $55 for half an ounce of indoor, that's all you'll pay...it won't be $55 online and then when you get there it's $85. I bought a half ounce of Moonbow (23%) for $55...period. That's pretty cool. I've only found one place that beats its prices and I ain't tellin'.

Let me be the first to tell you how great this shop is. It may be small in size but the quality of the staff is outstanding and they have a pretty big selection of products to choose from.
