Everything about this dispensary is amazing. I went in and was immediately greeted by security and the employees. Upon entrance to the dispensary I noticed they have a big variety and selection of all products. Employees were very welcoming and answered everyone of my questions. I picked up a couple gummies based off employees recommendations and let me tell you I was not disappointed, those are now one of my favorite brands. I also picked up a couple prerolls because of the price. I was then introduced to the lounge, which is an awesome spot to hang out and consume, the vibes were great and so was the product. I definitely will he returning and also recommending them to everyone.

Quick and friendly service, knowledgeable purveyor, new items arriving often, but staples remain the same. Also the consumer racial component (Shopping While Black) is completely absent. Anytime someone asks if I need assistance, I get the impression they truly want to help me meet my strain/product/strength needs.

AB is the best dispensary in the valley without a doubt. The owners/employees are definitely all about helping people with the wonders of MMJ. They are extremely compassionate, they have an amazing selection of tree, cartridges, tinctures, edibles, topicals, etc. The budtenders definitely know their stuff and the quality of their products is unsurpassed. Everyone in my family uses CBD and/or THC for a wide range of medical issues and none of us have ever been disappointed with their products. I won’t even consider going anywhere else.

This is absolutely the finest cannabis lounge in the Coachella valley. Everyone who works here from the armed guards and bud tenders to the buyer and owner understands customer service. The facility is nicely laid out and there is plenty of light and nice areas to settle into and chill out for a bit while enjoying their selection of products. However the absolute best thing about The Vault is the special event nights like the regular BINGO Wednesdays they have been doing since the fall of 2021. Fun and full of laughs and enjoyment. They have steadfastly remained open and staffed throughout the pandemic and are the single bright spot for my life over this extended pandemic. They are the BEST!

There’s a big variety of bud, really really nice employees. Gets a bit hectic in there when it’s particularly crowded but honestly you have to just wait maybe 1 minute or two to grab someone’s attention and when you do they’re the most helpful and welcoming people ever.

The budtenders were incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and providing recommendations based on my needs and preferences. But what really stood out to me was the level of service provided by the staff. They were patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. They took the time to explain the effects and benefits of each product and even helped me choose the best method of consumption. Overall, I cannot recommend this dispensary enough. The knowledgeable budtenders, quality of products, overall service, and welcoming atmosphere make this the perfect spot for anyone looking for a great cannabis experience. I come by here a few times a week and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is amazing and the selection is great. Even when they are busy they are fully staffed and there is rarely a wait to check out. Every staff member that has helped me knew the product well and found me what I needed quickly. Today both William and Melina helped me and the product they helped me find was exactly what I needed. Melina has actually helped me several times and I'm always shocked by the great product she finds in my price range. This place is great for experienced smokers and first timers. It's a laid back and relaxed environment. I would refer any friend to this place.

I really liked the presentation of the place it was overstimulated with items. The bud tender Chelsi was really helpful and knowledgeable of different strains. I tried one of their lemonade drinks and it was really good and effective which is supervising because edibles don’t usually have strong effects on me.

SDRC is patient friendly!
