Dispensaries open now near you

Forget the nasty review below me. I happened to be in the store the same time as that gentleman and he was rude to the manager for no reason and escalated it to the point he was banned. All that nonsense aside, this is such a great place. I love the mood and that layout. Staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and patient with me while I was deciding what to get. The best dispensary in the area by far and I can’t wait to return.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers have the best experience possible. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in.

Love this place, great staff, great products, great deals! I think the dude who helped me was Dalton….. but the edibles are working….. 10/10

Golden Door stands out as a top-tier dispensary in Journal Square. The staff are professional, making the shopping experience smooth and welcoming. The store itself is spotless, reflecting a level of care and attention to detail you don’t always find. Their prices are fair for the quality offered, and the product selection is impressive—you’ll likely find what you’re looking for, no matter your preference. Compared to other dispensaries in the area, this is one of the few spots where I’d feel comfortable enough to sit down and relax—if you know, you know. Bonus points - The Latina ladies on staff are not only helpful but charming—definitely adds to the vibe! If you’re in Journal Square and need a reliable dispensary, Golden Door should be at the top of your list.

Zen site down, unable to order, found leafly and was able to order. Great site, will use again.

Fast easy and everyone here is friendly as f**** love the energy love the products

The space is so cool and designed unlike any other dispensary I’ve ever seen! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The tablets are great for product knowledge as well! Would definitely recommended checking them out!

Scoop and Will are great people extremely helpful, also great selection and prices

Best dispensary experience I've had in Hudson County. Budtenders were knowledgeable and friendly, products were top shelf, and the staff seemed genuinely interested in getting us the products that we want to see, not just what they can shovel out.

Great service! Madison and Anthony we so helpful for my first time in the store! Will return

Great experience great staff and nice selection and good prices

Picked up sleep gummies after my comic con adventures. I need the sleep!

I always come here and the staff is what makes it a joy to come. It's the product as well but the one on one interactions that the budtenders give is beyond other dispensaries. Keep it up Dispo

Everybody was super cool. Bought some kosher kush and a pre roll. No complaints. Will visit again !

VERDI is great. The first dispensary in the area I’ve seen with houseplant items. The selection is also quality. The budtenders are personable and attentive.

Great first visit! - mark showed me around. Will be back soon.

The Bud tender turned me on to a couple of vape cartridges that are downright monster. Not bad price for 1 gm carts. Will be back.

I love coming here. I always find what I need. I work right around the corner and it’s convenient for me. Awesome all around!!!!

Big S/O to MJ he definitely started my New York trip with all the great details on products and just overall providing the most welcoming experience! If you could hire 10 Mj’z DO IT ! What a legend!

Everyone who works here is helpful and friendly without being overbearing. They genuinely WANT to help you find products that will help YOU and never upsell specific strains or goods over others. I never feel pressured to spend more money—though their selection of product is impressive so you kinda always end up spending more than originally planned—and often have personal anecdotes that reassure you about how well a given item is going to work. Prime example: I had questions about the differences between CBD and CBG content in various edibles and vapes (Gotham has DOZENS of each btw!) and the person who helped me, Toni, was incredible detailed and comprehensive in her explanation. The employees at Gotham know what they’re talking about. It’s very admirable that they not only get paid to sell cannabis products, but also that they have clearly been trained and educated about cannabis and its many positive effects, medical AND recreational uses, as well as less positive effects that certain people might want to watch out for. The storefront is beautiful and the space feels curated. Every employee is super laid back and just wants to help. If you wanna browse at your own pace, they always respect that and hang back til you’re ready to check out. A+++++++ for Gotham and I highly recommend them. Prices are decent/fair, too.

Love it here. Huge collection of puff co products here. Angel was so helpful.

Out of towner. Easy ID scan, knowledgeable staff, excellent variety of items, nice vegan selection, AND free matches!
