Overall a great experience — prompt notification that my order was being prepared, great communication when an item I ordered was no longer available, and offered a few good options to replace it. They provided a thirty minute delivery window, and I was pleased (and surprised) that they arrived within it. I'll definitely order again.

Good location. Nice staff. Chronically understocked for certain popular brands. Have to go to MDR shops or Hollywood sometimes since Erba is out of stock on my favorite product by the weekend, pretty much every single week, for as long as I can remember. So you can stock up on Tuesday or Wednesday, but they're not a very reliable go to for the weekend, as far as their supply. Their buyer should do better.

Veronica is one of the most outgoing and helpful people, most of the time setting up an account or ordering is annoying and takes a long time but she makes it as simple as possible for the costumer, she really takes the time to go over your order and make sure it’s all right and still manages to get your order out as fast as possible. This was first time there. I was traveling and was checking different dispensary and I decided I liked this one. I read some of the comments and couldn't believe what they were saying. I'll tell you what. This was the best experience I've had in a long time. They are great and professional. Their custermer service.....awesome. you don't find alot of that anymore. Their prices and specials were great. When I walked in the door, it felt good. If I ever pass thru arizona again I will definitely go there. I recommend them highly folks.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in and immediately noticed all the plants, books, and crystals in the showroom. Cannabis products are all high quality and they offer delivery. The staff was very helpful, I will be coming back for another preroll :)

West Valley Patient Group has some of the best prices (deals) in San Fernando Valley. I have been to most of the dispensaries, west of Van Nuys Blvd. and none of the locations have the price point, friendliness, and safety measures in please like WVPG.

This place is awesome! They have the nicest staff and amazing security here. I have been looking for a new dispensary to call home and I think I have found it with The Station. They carry my favorite vape brand called Heavy Hitters and even have a huge display showing all their strains to choose from so I will definitely be back!
