I'm a regular customer. Ordering online is convenient, and grants some pretty good discounts. The shop always smells amazing, and the staff are equally pleasant. My order is always promptly filled, and ready by the time I get there. My only gripe is that Indica edibles are a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend to a friend.

Pricing for products seem reasonable. Dionte, the budtender assisting me, was able to verify my identity; provide Medical consultation; was very knowledgeable on products (DOH certified or non-DOH certified); and checked me out at the end. I’ve been going to this Have a Heart for 2 years now and i Love it EVERY time I’m always greeted by big happy guys that for great at their jobs, and also are welcoming and have even been helpful with different product information. The products are displayed perfect very bright and arranged so I am able to get a clear view. Sometimes the wait is a minute but that’s only because the bud tenders are doing a great job at answering any questions and helping customers find the products they will enjoy. I always leave there with a smile. And I am always happy with what I buy.
