I needed to return a malfunctioning cartridge, but I had already thrown the receipt away. They were able to look it up on the computer as I am a medical pt. They did this eagerly and as if I were their #1 patient customer of all time!

New Manager, Tyler, has really turned this place around. The products are TOP SHELF and there are Specials different days of the week. The staff, Tiffany, Brandon, Jada & Maeve give KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF SERVICE & are all highly knowledgeable. This is the BEST & ONLY PLACE to go in Roseburg because you get the highest quality medicine.

I loved the relaxed atmosphere of the store. The salesperson was kicked back and very professional. Looking forward to my next visit.

The staff was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Great suggestions and lots of information, not to mention the quality of their product is some of the best I've ever seen. This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.
