Amazing staff , good atmosphere. Wait time isn’t that long compared to most dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and terpenes that assist in relief you’re looking for. They also offer 1st, 2nd & 3rd time discounts not to mention a referral discount for any first time patient you bring in that’s never been to any trulieve or harvest (you both get 50% off at the time of purchase) 10/10 would recommend this location

Most helpful budtenders in York. They’re aware of the very basic info as well as detailed data Re strains. Pricing best in town. Best sales in town. Great rewards program. Choice number 1 for me. Also, deepest and widest selection of Cresco product - C is my fav grower in PA. A+

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

Having been to quite a few dispensaries in Ohio this place was the best experience. Super helpful and friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

The vibe is great,however please fill the bags for the same price . Many of our fellow citizens and friends do not have the means to enjoy such a fine products and that is against everything cannabis is about .. given to those who deserve a break and wonderful people. I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. 6 months ago my cart had gotten stolen while was at a friends halloween party , when i had showed up to her house got out of my car it was there in the grass dirty but the oil was still clean the inside was not dirty and it still worked still charged everything it survived 6 months on rain and snow i didn’t expect to work i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place

I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

Recently obtained my medical card and the team at Rise couldn’t have been more welcoming on my first visit. Friendly, knowledgeable staff from check in to check out. The dispensary is very nice and they are currently doing construction to expand. I purchased bud, vape, and edibles- all are legit. Great dispensary. Highly recommend.
