Been coming here regularly for almost four years. When I moved here, I tried every dispensary in town. It didn't take me long at all to choose Lume as my favorite in the area. I've never had a poor experience, whether I shop in store or place an online order they always have what I'm looking for and the order is correct. Many employees recognize me and call me by name, that goes a long way toward creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. I never get the hard sell here! I think that's my #1 reason for choosing Lume Jackson

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. Thank you guys for a great experience!!!

The staff is friendly and seem to take an interest while I am there. I've been to a couple other places where they only wanted to sell product with no understanding about it or how it will work for me. That is why I will continue to go to JC3. The vibe inside was super chill. They had a really good selection of flower, and the budtender knew his stuff, which was awesome. I walked out with some killer indica that hit just right. Definitely going back there next time I need to stock up.

I recently visited Doja, and it was hands down one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve ever had! The vibe of the place is welcoming and laid-back, making it easy to browse through their impressive selection. But what really stood out was the amazing service from Angela, our budtender. She took the time to ask about our preferences and expertly guided us through some of her personal favorites. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Thanks to Angela, we left with the perfect products for us! Highly recommend Doja and will definitely be coming back.

What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was!
