The Team at Urban Wellness is exceptional in customer service, like the product - they are consistent. They greet you always with a smile on their faces, welcoming you enter the front door. I was so impressed by my first bud tender, Andy and my next one, Ty. They were very kind and knowledgeable and walked us thru the list of items we were interested in. When we got home, I thought there were a couple of items missing from my sealed bag. I called the number and was so pleasantly surprised when Lera called me back within 30 minutes! I gave her my receipt number and told her that I was certain it was just an oversight and that no foul play had happened. (We had a confusing order!) Anyhow, I checked my receipt against my product and I was not charged for the items not in the bag! It was my bad. I called them back to tell them and, again, they called me right back. I apologized for the confusion and they were very gracious. Our experience at Planet 13 was positive from them moment we walked in until after the transaction...and the products were amazing. I love this place.

Prices too high. Other dispensaries cheaper up to 5 dollars cheaper on baked bros.

Went to Vegas on vacation and needed to pick up. We went to the big place Area 51 but it was a lot of over priced pot and nothing really stick out. Our next stop was Nevada wellness because they’re the only black owned dispensary in Nevada and it did not disappoint. The prices were great and they throw us a bunch of free product. I don’t mind spending too money on pot as long as it makes sense and they made sense. The staff was great and I think it was one of the owners we met who was also very kind. We’ll only go there now when in town.

As a first time customer I was highly impressed with not only the product, but customer service was absolutely the best I have ever experienced at a dispensary! I had the pleasure of having Jenny as my Bud tender and she was incredible. She explained to me about their business and how it’s ran by the family. Not only is the store ran by family, the family grows majority of their product locally. They are extremely supportive of local businesses as they gave me some cards for restaurants and businesses. They also included some very cool 3D printed keychains made by the owner! This dispensary treated me so incredibly and I will always recommend friends here. This dispensary definitely deserves a visit if you are looking for incredible Bud and wonderful people. Thank you for all your kindness

Was my first time visiting Las Vegas stopped here after waiting for awhile at another place. There was no wait and the guy who helped me was very informative, patient, and helpful with assisting me on finding what exactly I wanted and all for a great price that I don’t have here back at home in Texas.
