“I tried to follow up on a Thursday an order that was placed on MONDAY. I received a reply from Jack basically telling me that he was too busy to check my order. Of course they failed to fill my order. This was the second time this year. On the Friday I was informed that my account would be closed because I was 'too much'. Yup. That's right. They closed my account for following up on my orders. Jack is not a good customer service person.”
I think you might have us confused with another dispensary. We do not have an employee named Jack. We do not take any special orders from patients and certainly would do everything we could to communicate any information regarding any special requests with you. I am the manager and I am here from open to close 6 days a week. We do not have any "accounts" set up for anyone and I am not sure what you mean that your account was closed. We always take whatever time it may take to help our patients if they are here in person or on the phone. I'm guessing this guy Jack works for someone else and I'm glad he does not work here. He sounds like a real piece of work.
