Whoever is on the Management team for the Curaleaf in Bangor, MI needs to be fired. The previous management team REPLACED MY CARTRIDGE. This wasn't the first time I've been sold a defective product. Thank you for letting me know I should stop spending my money at your establishment. I'm back to being a FULL-TIME GREEN DOOR CUSTOMER. To repeat: I HAVE my RECEIPT. You confirmed I did buy the product from you. THEN you refused to treat a regular customer appropriately. Learn better customer service. I have and it has made me more money than being a stickler to imaginary limits that can and WERE SET ASIDE for me the customer. Thank you for showing me that I should NOT bring people to your establishment. Which is great since friends from college are visiting and I WAS going to bring them to your place. I'm driving them to the Green Door of Bangor instead where I will introduce them to Alyssa who along with the crew at Green Door is a welcome reprieve from a harridan such as you two people.

Love their style and set up. Place comes off a bit upscale and trendy, which is cool by me(now we just need an annex smoke section out back; - ). Now for the good part. Product options are a plenty and they are well versed in options and overall flower knowledge. Also enjoy the point system which helps encourage future purchases. Sales are fantastic and lot's of incentives available such as early bird specials. I have tried a couple other shops and keep coming back to this one. Thank you for all you do. It's much appreciated.

My first experience at a dispensary and it was amazing! The staff listened to me and what I was looking for and paired me with the perfect flower! Prices are so good and I would definitely come back here.
