Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

When you go there, make sure to ask for Jarin, one of the managers for this store. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they'll do their best to get what you need. They always have different sales going on and I get a text message whenever the sale items change. This last time both my son and I got 60% off everything because it was our third time in the store. They also have other discounts, like a 25% veterans discount.

I had a card in NJ now legal there, would I need a new Florida card to shop there? You have great products I see

I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

They have the highest quality and highest potency Marijauna that I have come across! They were highly recommended by a friend and patient of theres which is why I went there first! Boy am I happy I did! I have to say my friend has really good taste! I have had my card for two days and within the two days I have had it! I have visited Curaleaf, Fluent, and Trulieve! Out of all of those MUV reminds me of the extremely high quality buds that I saw out in Las Vegas in 2018! Which still happens to be the bar all other Marijauna has been judged against! The Colorado Durban is killer!

I can't begin to express how much I really appreciate that we have a Trulieve in Dunedin. But that's just one of the many reasons for this review. The service is perfect...every visit, as well as the quality of products and professionalism. I just hope they keep the current cycle of staff, here...in Dunedin. Kia is an absolute star and her coworkers as well. Her [Kia] expertise, proficiency about products and effects, made me feel so at ease, and she caps it all of that, with a wonderful smile. Listen. First off I have to commend the staff and experience. It would be best to look at their menu before going. They offer a 3× no expiration discount. Being courteous is a two way street. With that said. They are new. 4 Florida stores. Walking in I was greeted and immediately felt no pressure. I was thoroughly explained the discounts and was literally in shock at my final total. I researched and was not disappointed with their selection at all. I will absolutely make the trip weekly. Check em out . Make them known so they grow. It's Tru what they say. The store is awesome! The Budtenders are AWESOME! Atmosphere is great! The only thing that was not happy with is Leafly saying the THC level was higher on both flowers I got, and the prices were wrong on Leafly.

I am a PD Kidney patient on the cusp of receiving a kidney and as a result my pot smoking days are over . I have received the best service from the staff at MUV and excellent advice in alternative THC delivery systems which are OK with my Kidney Team . I have shopped in all of the local dispensaries and I can say with my 38 years of retail experience the best customer service is provided at MUV , very customer oriented !

I just want to say that George was the best! He took the time and walked through everything with me! He even found me an extra $7.10 off my purchase!
