From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)

I came in with my aunt who only speaks Spanish . I was a little nervous because I speak little Spanish and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to translate but an associate was able to help translate and get products we where looking for . Thank you for being so patient brandy !!Will be returning soon.

There’s a wide variety of concentrates and flower, the prices are fair, and overall it’s just a nice experience coming in here. All I have to say is we needed something like this this place is clean awesome a lot of their stuff is reasonably priced. The staff is awesome.
