As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! Overall, my experience at this dispensary was excellent. Chris and Amber were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the selection of products was top-notch. I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for high-quality medical marijuana products and excellent customer service. They also give you a store credit to reimburse you for the cost of you're doctor's certification visit prior to obtain you're medical marijuana licence!! Dont waste your time shopping anywhere else.. Kind Theraputics has the best selection in town hands down... The owners Randy and Jeremy are very knowledgeable and friendly.. This is absolutely the finest cannabis lounge in the Coachella valley. Everyone who works here from the armed guards and bud tenders to the buyer and owner understands customer service. The facility is nicely laid out and there is plenty of light and nice areas to settle into and chill out for a bit while enjoying their selection of products. However the absolute best thing about The Vault is the special event nights like the regular BINGO Wednesdays they have been doing since the fall of 2021. Fun and full of laughs and enjoyment. They have steadfastly remained open and staffed throughout the pandemic and are the single bright spot for my life over this extended pandemic. They are the BEST!

I stopped by Dank Depot while I was in Cathedral City, and I’m really glad I did. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience smooth and relaxed. Their prices are super reasonable compared to other spots I’ve visited, and they had a solid variety to choose from. But what really stood out to me was the lounge. Hands down, the best one I’ve seen in Cathedral City — clean, chill vibes, and a great place to take your time. You can tell they put thought into the space. Definitely a go-to if you’re looking for a welcoming spot in the area.

This place has some amazing weed. All of the strains are top shelf but their are always 3 or 4 that stand out above the rest. If you are unsure which ones those are ask the lady budtender with the red hair and inked sleeve. Top notch all around.

The atmosphere is nice and laid back. The staff is always inviting and friendly. The product I have purchased has always been good quality.

Best blue dream in Colorado Springs hands down. Gives you the most powerful munchies I’ve ever had in my life but not a complaint haha, definitely would and do recommend to my friends as much as possible!

AB is the best dispensary in the valley without a doubt. The owners/employees are definitely all about helping people with the wonders of MMJ. They are extremely compassionate, they have an amazing selection of tree, cartridges, tinctures, edibles, topicals, etc. The budtenders definitely know their stuff and the quality of their products is unsurpassed. Everyone in my family uses CBD and/or THC for a wide range of medical issues and none of us have ever been disappointed with their products. I won’t even consider going anywhere else.

I’m sorry I had to say what I had to say, but now I apologize and the manager made everything right and the store is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The budtenders were knowledgeable and super friendly. They carry the premium brands I was looking for, and with their BOGO deals this is my favorite place in town for sure! I got a REALLY nice goodie bag for black friday and found some new edibles I will go back for tomorrow.

This place has saved me for my deep sleep needed at night. The ladies that work the counter are so incredibly knowledgeable about their products, it blew me away! I’ve been to about 10 different dispensaries around town and this one is, by far, the best I’ve been to. You have to check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a great dispensary. The house flower is absolute fire and the brands they carry are tops shelf. Great prices and even better staff.

This place has been undeniably the best. I drive approximately 40 - 50 miles just to come here. Their prices beat the ones in my local area, a large selection of products, and their staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. They're non-judgmental and exceptionally accommodating. I stay in the lounge for up to hours at a time. The atmosphere is really chill and respectful. They also provide trays, lighters, grinders, ash trays, etc. in their lounge area so you can enjoy yourself. This is my home away from home. :)
