I love Ultra! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. My online orders are always correct and look good. Budtenders are knowledgeable and give great recommendations. Best prices, best staff. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else in Silver City.
Went real smooth, good service quality product. Keep up the good work!!
Great product, atmosphere, price, and service. If you need weed it’s here.

Sedona location has the most friendly and accommodating staff they are all amazing!
I'm reading the reviews and I believe these people were just having a sh** day and wanted to bash this place. I had an issue with a cartridge but yak how the world is everything isn't perfect they were fully understanding and let me tell you if you ever get sum and it has an issue be glad because these people go out the extra length to make sure you are straight. my experience over they could have done a simple replacement but man, they answered my prayers a new battery when it wasn't necessary if I could work there I would but anyways not to take up a lot of time. thank you Yuma dispensary, Always know what you are looking for because if you don't know they will be happy to help you and guide you on the right path
I went to jars right around close time and just like before great customer service while I was running behind they took care of me il be back forsure
It is always a pleasant experience shopping at Ponderosa. A relaxed atmosphere and a very helpful professional staff. Always have great products and a good variety. I like doing business where the employees have genuine smiles. Thank you
Been shopping here when it opened. And it's fast, easy and awesome customer service!
I purchased some sleep powder from your store, because my husband is stage 4 C O P D , and was struggling to breathe. They were giving him steroids to no avail. He took one dose in his coffee and, and miracles happened! No struggling to breathe, and feeling 100% better. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE AND INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Well, I already wrote a review and just went back to hopefully edit it, but it doesn’t even show. There is one there from 2022. What I was going to add is on my receipt. It doesn’t show how many points I have did I get screwed out of all the points and money I’ve spent here in TorC and also Las Cruces location.
Good vibes. Good customer service. Low key. N good Sh*t.
Im sure its not the shops fault for the sudden price change. They are a business and have to follow procedures mandated by people in higher positions! (Owners, hq....) every business has certain procedures, established by higher ups they must practice. Plus if the sale says today or while supplies last , u cant say its their fault or if other patients get their medication because u couldn't make it on time!
I love how easy and convenient it is to shop and how knowledgeable employees are about products.
Ivan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
Johnathan A! Great customer service! Awesome energy! Hooked me up with the best deals! Mexican Independence Day!
The Budtenders were friendly and inviting. All I dealt with seemed knowledgable and were good in their explanations when questioned about a particular item. Ive had an enjoyable experience every time I frequented. Their selection of products is always large and accommodating. I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of either flower or edible.
I went to Groth my first time today, and I had a really great experience. The guy helping me was really knowledgeable about the products, and the prices were really good. Love the quality of the flower and concentrates. Definately will be back
Nice place to stop, friendly staff that's very knowledgeable about their products.. Love it..
good vibes and good customer service from the bud tenders!!
The daily specials help keep me in budget and in routine, always fast service! Love it here!!
Thomas was a very good help!! really out going person
Always the best customer service. My favorite store in town.
The people who work there and the service is wonderful! The doctor and his assistant are unethical and not good. For service and the people it is great. Find another doctor! The one that have is crappy!!! Don't care for lying and wasting my time. What a waste, just because they lie? Nope!
I love the staff here, they explain the many different strains as well as they treat greet their customers by name. Overall best place with killer deals around the Valencia county
Great customer satisfaction. The representative took good care of me. Got me a good deal and even helped me out with the promotion or deal you could say
