It's getting harder everyday to find independent dispensaries. Trubliss is fantastic and still independent! Good selection of products and very friendly people. My only request would be a couple more classic cultivars in the mix from Copper State. Big Bud, Northern Lights, P98 Bubba, Shiva Skunk, and maybe a more modern gassy cheese (Marley's Cheese). Otherwise I'm happy to have Trubliss as my normal go-to dispensary.

I ordered online and when I walked in I was greeted by the hostess and got offered a bottle of water and the guy at online checkout was extremely helpful and very nice. 10/10 thank you

As usual, JARS is totally amazing to go to! It's so much fun to walk in the door and everybody knows my name and waves! What a great place! And Z always tries to get me the best highest THC in a pre-roll and so does Jeremy. Hailey is so cute and little and she helps me out too. Isaac says hi or waits on me and gets me the best product. And Billy is so nice and his hands are clean and he smells so good. Glitter Bomb by NARA was so great; anything by NARA is delectable. I love, love, love this place!! I hope they have some delicious pre-rolls today! I hope either Jeremy or Will waits on me today because they know their weed! Not that everybody else doesn't, it's just they explain to me the weed. Came up to Tahoe for a show and found this awesome dispensary. Super cool people and a great selection. Steph was my bud tender, so cheerful and accommodating. Staff was super helpful when I got a little overwhelmed with all the choices. 10/10 will go again!

I had to switch numbers and I was told by another dispo in town that because my phone number was attached to my rewards, I had to spend all my rewards because they couldn’t transfer my points to the new number. I went to Zen and they requested the rewards transfer and it will be done in 24 hours! I almost never write reviews but the service I’ve had at zen is amazing and I’m very thankful for their help.
