I appreciate all of the employees that are at the Columbia Blvd store. Adam, Lucy, Manager Ms. K everyone even Brodie. The whole crew treats everyone like they themselves would like to be treated. I appreciate these guys so much, I laugh, I smile and feel like I’m the most important person that entire day. If they can figure out a way to make your purchase the best possible outcome for you. As a new dispensary go-er this has become my favorite location to go to! Staff is fairly friendly, we all have our off days but 80-90% of the time it’s all smiles and happiness other times I’ve just noticed a cut back in the convo but never a bad experience. They have a good selection even though I typically pick up the same 1-5 items. Sometimes my top favorite item isn’t available but it’s typically restocked within a week or two.

We've been going here the last 4~ years and it's the best dispensary I've ever been to as far as selection, price, and knowledgeable/friendly customer service. The rewards program is also worth joining because of the great discounts. All my friends visiting want to go there and are amazed every single time lol

I must say I've been a customer for over 2yrs and every time I've ordered, I've always been completely satisfied! Tumbleweed delivery never messed up my orders, were always quick and convenient. Their products have always met or exceded my expectations! Thease folks are good at what they do. I like feeling appreciated by peoole i do business with and they certainly do. I will continue to be a loyal customer with tumbleweed delivery, and would recommend them to my mother and the president of the United States!

I drop in often for small amounts of flower at a time-I like to try various strains and they are always nice even when I am only buying little bits, Love the plants that give you a pause before being ushered into the sensory experience of smells, products and helpful bud tenders. A fun experience always!

The girl and guy that have always been there when I come in are frickin amaze !!!!!! She is such a cutie sweetheart, explains everything, asks me how my day is going etc .. rad peeps!

This review is for the Main Street North store in Hazel Dell. The people that were there are friendly and informative and always help me shop to get more for my money! I will always shop with them and hope everyone discovers this great shop!!

the staff are pretty cool. I like them on their sales days for sure. they have a wide assortment to choose from. shootout to jason for always being a big help, but all the staff are pretty chill at craft

Yaaaaassssss the Blueberry RSO in general is the “fertilizer of the Gods”. I’m loosing my fire here as fiery water asteroids come flying through the vents. We are preaching to the blueberry strain! And Green Crack. Bless em! BLESSSS EM!

Brandin is the MAN! This guy knows what is up! He knows what I need, when I need it most, and always at more than reasonable price. Fast, friendly, and reliable, every time without fail!!! Not to mention very knowledgeable! It seems this guy studies his homework well! His passion is always showing. He always does his best to fulfill my entire order, effortlessly! I love this boutique dispensary! The only weed store in Livermore is nestled in wine country! It’s on the beautiful Darcie Kent vineyards. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about weed products I have questions about including weed products to help me sleep or feel a little extra creative while I work on a project. If you’re looking to get your weed products and onto other errands you can prepay and place an order in advance. They offer delivery too. I look forward to seeing all the cats and staff every time I go! Thank you highlands team for being such a great addition to the Livermore community!

I've been using Bento since summer of 2021, and they do not let me down. Impressive prices and selection, excellent and comprehensive Customer Service, and prompt friendly and accommodating delivery. I accidentally missed my order this morning due, and I let them know and it was on its way back within minutes! If you are in Northern California (or are visiting) Bento is a must to at least try!

Ordered delivery. Someone from the shop called to let me know delivery window for my area was late and if I was okay with that. I like the courtesy of letting you know you might have to wait. Delivery was in the window, delivery person was nice, and have enjoyed the purchase. First time, but won’t be my last.
