I love mercy wellness. Every staff member that I spoke with has been very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The quality is amazing and reasonable prices. I am on a tight budget but cannabis products help me so much. I have trouble affording the cannabis products that make me feel better. I saw they provided medical patients high-quality free products. Excellent service and INCREDIBLE ETHICS! Recently when paying I shoved my $ in my pocket. 2 days AFTER I realized I was short 2-$100's I lost that day. Then AFTER 2 more days they called asking if I'd lost something. After much reviewing of video they concluded the 200 they found was mine!!! ELEVATION ROCKS!!!!! We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.

This was first time there. I was traveling and was checking different dispensary and I decided I liked this one. I read some of the comments and couldn't believe what they were saying. I'll tell you what. This was the best experience I've had in a long time. They are great and professional. Their custermer service.....awesome. you don't find alot of that anymore. Their prices and specials were great. When I walked in the door, it felt good. If I ever pass thru arizona again I will definitely go there. I recommend them highly folks.
