First time at Harborside, it was great! Staff is always willing to help and answer any questions.

This place has some of the best products around.. I always pickup a few gs of wax and some sativa flowers. Never disappointed, 10/10 would highly recommend this spot. Hopefully see them left coast extracts pods in stock soon.

my favorite place to hit up when I'm in need of some fire meds. The flower is so fire, Love the selection here. Just wish you guys carried the left coast extracts cartridges, those have been my go to for the last few months, really potent stuff.. Thank you for the amazing service every time

These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. I’ve been using The Velvet Fog Cannabis delivery service whenever I’m on the hunt for Cookies! They consistently have a great selection, and Cookies is always my go-to brand. Today, I was excited to see three new strains I hadn’t tried before. Ordering was smooth, and I appreciated the generous discounts based on how much you spend—it really adds value to the experience! However, when my order arrived, I noticed one product was missing from the packaging. I reached out to Velvet Fog, and they were incredibly helpful. The team went above and beyond to resolve my issue and complete my order. Thank you to everyone at Velvet Fog for the great service and commitment to quality. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This might be the best dispensary in the east bay. Prices are nearly half compared to other places for the same product. Black owned business. Super nice and friendly staff. Just excellent all around :)

Here in SLT it seems like every dispensery has their own profile and specialties. TWC is the most friendly towards locals and their specialty is flower <3 Tho they also have a great variety of edibles and carts, they also work mainly with local and around the area growers, sometimes their 3.5g can be expensive but they're fire (in both potency and flavor/smoke experience) My personal favorite is their own Grape Gas, it smells exactly like fresh green grapes. They also have more affordable brands like DimeABag or Lolo and different specials every week. I would absolutely recomend for those who prefer flower over other presentations and appreciate the flavors and terps just as much as the high.

I heart Have a Heart Does not use Apple Pay I was escorted out of the store by one of their security guards very rude add Apple Pay I attempted to spend $200 before I was escorted out of The cannabis location, they do not support Apple Pay if you are going there and plan on using Apple Pay this is not a great location

I've been an Eaze customer since 2017, and definitely think their service is at the top of its game right now. They have the best selection on their menus, and do same-day delivery - usually under 90 minutes in my experience. I always go back to Eaze because I know they are a legal service providing safe / legal products. (Be wary of any companies that aren't charging a high tax rate, they are not operating legally...)

They have Space Gem Products which I love and are locally woman-owned, and the space is beautiful and calming with nice and relaxed staff. They feature and support california women-owned small companies in the cannabis industry

Organicann is my go to for the tree and the customer service is always on point not a day goes by where i walk in there and im being treated with respect, christie is one of the employees who helped me out the most and always has enthusiastic charisma.

don't let these negative reviews fool you . ofcourse they aren't going to allow any one under 21 to purchase products . it's illegal. GOE is the bomb.com all the employees and security is super friendly . offering bottles of water on high heat index days . super knowledgeable about the products . just an all around good vibe business .
