I also purchased a rosary succulent that is beautifully full and thriving — clearly well cared for and thoughtfully sourced. Beyond the products themselves, I deeply appreciate being able to see and thoughtfully select items in person again. Having merchandise displayed where customers can comfortably view and choose what best suits their needs makes a meaningful difference. That simple return to normalcy enhances the entire shopping experience. What truly elevated my visit, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Budtenders Sarah and Elsie. I have been going here since they first opened i love this store. I pre order then when i go in my order is ready. The employees are all friendly and very pleasant . Good at there job and it easy in and out. Great prices and bargains. I would highly recommend shopping here.

First time in today. Definitely will be back. This location is close to me and will save me a trip down to the city . Definitely not the biggest selection around, however very friendly staff and enough to choose from to stay lit

I have to give these guys 5 stars across the board. I moved to the area recently, so I tried out a lot of other shops, ordered from different apps, etc. Over the last three months or so, DUBE is where I consistently go back to over and over. Out of about 5 or 6 orders I have placed with DUBE, 5 of those orders, I got at least one free product as a promotional item. One time they were late to accept my delivery order and gave me two pre-rolls and a 0.5-gram pax pod as an apology, on top of what I was already getting. I have never experienced such great customer care and service. Not to mention, every one of their drivers has been some of the nicest and friendliest down-to-earth people I have ever spoken to in regards to a delivery. Personally, I have a lot of anxiety in social situations, so that is something I value. Plus, it was just nice to be greeted by friendly faces with such calming demeanors. I wish I could give you 10 stars! Thank you, DUBE, for being awesome.

Delivery driver was more than amazing very compassionate very caring very bubbly, fun attitude. The product didn’t even have a look at it because I was overwhelmed with the experience of the delivery. This is definitely my go to shop. I would recommend this place to anyone for quality products, and good tidying and atmosphere not to mention every time I go in it’s always clean.

Came up to Tahoe for a show and found this awesome dispensary. Super cool people and a great selection. Steph was my bud tender, so cheerful and accommodating. Staff was super helpful when I got a little overwhelmed with all the choices. 10/10 will go again!
