At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

I normally try to only support USA dispensaries but this Canadian company MUV has very competitive prices and some of there strains that you can only get through MUV.. I love how they have a TIER type of Flower system... I normally get the GRADE B type flower when I go and its super.. For example, there GRU #10 is out of the charts and very tasty.... I have only been to the St Pete location a 1 time.. The place is super clean inside and they are very professional and have quite the system... I like the prices and there discounts and offers that they run weekly... I give the MUV dispensary in St Pete 5 STARS... *****Highly Recommend ******

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. This is the fastest dispensary in the area! You can get in and out quickly and the team works very well with the new manager Katie. I have been a customer for over two years and I know every person in the building. They have three very comfortable chairs/sofas. This place rocks!
