I stopped by on 420 and I was very surprised. I found that Truclear 9lb hamner concentrate was on sale. Scott was very knowledgable and helpfull. I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

when we first entered we were greeted by Jessica who was very helpful. We had a pick up order and agent" BRI "completed our order. "Bri" was excellent and took the time to explain how to use the distillate in many different ways. She is an asset to your Company.

This is the fastest dispensary in the area! You can get in and out quickly and the team works very well with the new manager Katie. I have been a customer for over two years and I know every person in the building. They have three very comfortable chairs/sofas. This place rocks!

The Ocala dispensary staff is knowledgeable, with a wide-variety menu ,that is better in the store that is displayed so it is in plain sight to see on a large flat screen t.v. with all prices,specials and available discounts! There is no debate of what product is available or coercing to buy higher priced products, that there seems to be at another dispensary in Ocala. Great product! Great 25% off of your shopping cart your first visit, and 50% off your shopping cart your second visit! Only thing is, the online menu does not list everything.

I just luv these guys I been shopping here for a few years now. These guys can answer any questions you have about product. The store is always clean an neat and always greeted with a smile. You can tell these guys must just luv their jobs cause no body smiles like that if not.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.
