Trulieve tarpon springs always friendly staff and seem to have good stock compared to some busier locations that may run out fast of things like minis. Very helpful staff, my last visit I had a complicated order and had to change out a few things and Jodi took care of everything while still making me feel like she was happy to help.

This was my first time in to Surterra and MJ was so helpful! She fully explained all the products and helped me make a selection that was best for pain management.

So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

When you go there, make sure to ask for Jarin, one of the managers for this store. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they'll do their best to get what you need. They always have different sales going on and I get a text message whenever the sale items change. This last time both my son and I got 60% off everything because it was our third time in the store. They also have other discounts, like a 25% veterans discount.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! They have the highest quality and highest potency Marijauna that I have come across! They were highly recommended by a friend and patient of theres which is why I went there first! Boy am I happy I did! I have to say my friend has really good taste! I have had my card for two days and within the two days I have had it! I have visited Curaleaf, Fluent, and Trulieve! Out of all of those MUV reminds me of the extremely high quality buds that I saw out in Las Vegas in 2018! Which still happens to be the bar all other Marijauna has been judged against! The Colorado Durban is killer!

Listen. First off I have to commend the staff and experience. It would be best to look at their menu before going. They offer a 3× no expiration discount. Being courteous is a two way street. With that said. They are new. 4 Florida stores. Walking in I was greeted and immediately felt no pressure. I was thoroughly explained the discounts and was literally in shock at my final total. I researched and was not disappointed with their selection at all. I will absolutely make the trip weekly. Check em out . Make them known so they grow. It's Tru what they say. I can't begin to express how much I really appreciate that we have a Trulieve in Dunedin. But that's just one of the many reasons for this review. The service is perfect...every visit, as well as the quality of products and professionalism. I just hope they keep the current cycle of staff, here...in Dunedin. Kia is an absolute star and her coworkers as well. Her [Kia] expertise, proficiency about products and effects, made me feel so at ease, and she caps it all of that, with a wonderful smile. Such a pleasure to patron there.

I'm new to MMJ and the staff here was so patient with me when I was having problems finding a product that fit my needs. With some staff, it's all business. With others, you can joke around and chat while ringing up. This is actually not the closest dispensary to me but it's worth the trip.
