Everytime I come Dion is a pleasure to deal with and always gives good information about the products I'm looking for, he is very helpful which is nice since in alot of these dispensaries noone really knows anything about the products. The team here seems very nice and knowledgeable as well, it is always a pleasure when shopping here. I will continue to come back.

The staff were knowledgeable and were able to describe the product available very well. The quality of the product is spot on. I only had live resin and live rosin carts due to flower pollen allergy. The flavor was amazing.

Been a medical patient for years in FL. Got the chance to visit this dispo on a trip to Miami, and boy let me tell you this place is the bees knees. HUGE selection of flower. Many potent strains that are worth the premium price. I wish we had more of these shops in FL!

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

This location is often congested , however, I got lucky on this Thursday afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate in returning and asking for either of these individuals.

There high end FloraCal is some of the best buds in town, expense but always on sale and well worth the sale price,even their Floral smalls are just as good at half the price. I like trulieve I used to go all the time and they were my neighborhood shop until I found a strain and a line at another dispensary that I found worked best for me. Medical marijuana isnt an exact science as is pharmaceutical. Everyone has a different reaction to every medication. For me a good dispensary is one with knowledgable staff that take their job seriously and actually try to help patients. I am one of the believers in pot can cure many ailments. I've seen it for myself with myself. I've managed to replace certain key pills with certain strain and specific delivery systems but the problem I run into is consistancy and stocking. But all and all trulieve has something for everyone.

I have a bad review before but I believe I was wrong for doing that. This is my favorite place to shop for stuff at where live. The staff is great and they do a great service.
