There are several managers at this location that are awesome and I would love to even have them be my boss . They're all very kind genuine and they do their job effectively and efficiently . Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

I don’t have anything to say about them honestly, though I only have tried their edible gummies. The gummies here are the BEST that I have ever tried! No weird oil/weed like taste or coating on the tongue. It actually tastes like the name (my favorite is the mango) and gives you an amazing high. It’s great for my anxiety because I chew it a bit then I let the smaller pieces of the gummy sit under my tongue like I suck on them like a hard candy. This trick gets me high faster while letting it last the full time.

Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

Listen. First off I have to commend the staff and experience. It would be best to look at their menu before going. They offer a 3× no expiration discount. Being courteous is a two way street. With that said. They are new. 4 Florida stores. Walking in I was greeted and immediately felt no pressure. I was thoroughly explained the discounts and was literally in shock at my final total. I researched and was not disappointed with their selection at all. I will absolutely make the trip weekly. Check em out . Make them known so they grow. It's Tru what they say. Bigger isn't always beat. Kudos

I can't begin to express how much I really appreciate that we have a Trulieve in Dunedin. But that's just one of the many reasons for this review. The service is perfect...every visit, as well as the quality of products and professionalism. I just hope they keep the current cycle of staff, here...in Dunedin. Kia is an absolute star and her coworkers as well. Her [Kia] expertise, proficiency about products and effects, made me feel so at ease, and she caps it all of that, with a wonderful smile. Such a pleasure to patron there.
