This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

My name is Stephanie Wright and a retired Air Force Veteran. I had to start using medical cannabis due to PTSD. I did not know flavors, levels, sativa vs the other kinds. I walk into this dispensary in West Bradenton Florida and let me tell you they embrace me like I was family. That is why I continued to go to this location. Always warm, helpful, happy environment, and informative. I want to take a moment out to recognize these employees Katelynn Mitch Glenn For superior service every time I visit this location. They are happy, fun, very informative about alllll the products, gives advice, in which I taken, go beyond status quo to assist me, in my choices. Explain products to me very thorough. Visited LHS for the first time for their Mary’s Medicinals patches. Went on a Monday and took advantage of their 15% off, along with becoming a new patient. I sampled Sativa, Indica, CBN, and CBG. I’ve gotten to the first two, the Sativa isn’t as energizing as I thought it would be. IMO, it’s positive, making this pleasurable for anxiety sufferers as well. Luis was very helpful with product selection and making accurate recommendations for my ailments. This Orlando South location is clean, well-appointed, in-and-out rather quickly. Even with GPS, it was difficult to navigate, the white building blends in well with its surroundings. Tip: Mary’s Monday’s and Flower Friday’s, I hear they have a vape cart special as well (not sure what day).

Thank you for the very good medicine that you provide to our community, I feel like I can have my life back now.

I love this dispensary so much and the staff are really great. However, I was pretty disappointed with the product. I bought flower and my first smoke sesh it was really good, but the next time I smoked I had the affects for maybe 10 minutes and then felt sober. My mom had the same experience with their products as well.

Picked up some goodies and definitely will be back, great customer service and a pleasure to place order online and drive up for pick up within minutes!!

The store on Cortez in Bradenton is not the biggest, or the closest either. But it is the Very Best dispensary in this county. Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. Samantha took care of me, I was so overwhelmed and had tons of questions and she answered them and was patient with me. She took me through a lot of there products an explain it’s affects and other stuff that made the cannabis strong and what don’t. Totally looking forward to going back!
