I’m a local at Sunnyside and I always have the best experience with Tyler. He greets me by name, always has a smile on his face and super pleasant. Tyler deserves more than 5 stars.

The Ocala dispensary staff is knowledgeable, with a wide-variety menu ,that is better in the store that is displayed so it is in plain sight to see on a large flat screen t.v. with all prices,specials and available discounts! There is no debate of what product is available or coercing to buy higher priced products, that there seems to be at another dispensary in Ocala. Great product! Great 25% off of your shopping cart your first visit, and 50% off your shopping cart your second visit! Only thing is, the online menu does not list everything.

I am a frequent customer of this store. The employees and products are top notch. The environment and service is wonderful as well. I prefer this brand and store for its quality and consistency.

I’ve been helped by Sabrina and Carlos, who I informed of what I was looking for in my medication and fitted me with the perfect remedy. So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

Simply LOVE this MÜV store! I was not too fond of them before from some of their other stores, but between the tenders, the clean and nice atmosphere, this one put me back on MÜV and their products. The employees are fantastic. If I were you, look for either Brad, he is very knowledgeable with the products and VERY easy on the eyes, Patrick, because he just gets along so well with you and vibes, and Tyshawn (Or Tyrone, not sure which!), because he is just funny and genuinely tries to help you as a patient. they are all great but try and avoid the long-haired female. Not sure of her name, but she was rude and seemed fake to me. Prices are sometimes high, but their stuff is worth it and they always have great sales, so it really isn't all that expensive. All in all, this store is great, and I highly suggest you try it if you are looking for a dispensary!

This dispensary has become my favorite! The atmosphere inside is calming and welcoming. The bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! On top of that they have the best value for your money compared to other dispensaries.

This was my first time in to Surterra and MJ was so helpful! She fully explained all the products and helped me make a selection that was best for pain management.

Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

Good service and quality of products. Has been very consistent here for me. Enjoy them having visible flower for patients to see different strains. Big step above other dispensaries who don’t have some of their flower visible for patients to see. Their rso is fantastic.
