when we first entered we were greeted by Jessica who was very helpful. We had a pick up order and agent" BRI "completed our order. "Bri" was excellent and took the time to explain how to use the distillate in many different ways. She is an asset to your Company.

Very chill, knowledgeable employees, quality products, has sales and deals all the time.

So let me start by saying I am new to all of the medical dispensaries and what to choose that can help me. The staff is very informative and they made me feel at ease in lieu of totally no clue person. I was surprised how affordable it was with discounts applied. It was a great learning experience, I really do feel better with the recommendations. THANK YOU SUZANNE

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion. The Brooksville branch in particular that I go to is the most compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable.

Green Dragon continues their great Colorado roots here! From Colorado so familiar with them and shocked no one knows about them. Very potent genetic strains even for experienced users so start slow! Prices are unbeatable and their selection of flower is very wide. They got a good amount of glass pieces and accessories on display. It’s a little white building so keep an eye out.

Simply LOVE this MÜV store! I was not too fond of them before from some of their other stores, but between the tenders, the clean and nice atmosphere, this one put me back on MÜV and their products. The employees are fantastic. If I were you, look for either Brad, he is very knowledgeable with the products and VERY easy on the eyes, Patrick, because he just gets along so well with you and vibes, and Tyshawn (Or Tyrone, not sure which!), because he is just funny and genuinely tries to help you as a patient. they are all great but try and avoid the long-haired female. Not sure of her name, but she was rude and seemed fake to me. Prices are sometimes high, but their stuff is worth it and they always have great sales, so it really isn't all that expensive. All in all, this store is great, and I highly suggest you try it if you are looking for a dispensary!

This review is for the Avon Park store.... My second visit at this location and both times service has been outstanding !!!! Gregory has been very helpful to me both times .I have found the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get the right medication . Compared to other dispensaries I have been to this one is by far is my favorite !!!!! The quality that I receive and the great pricing is another reason I will be going back to this location...

Overall a 10/10 experience Jayson greeted with a warm friendly smile. Double checked my order and connected with customers. Asks how your doing and what your plans are for the day establishes a personal level with customer which is very amazing to me. Down to earth polite and courteous. I highly recommend. Walking into Sunnyside truly lives up to its name. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and super inviting. He genuinely makes every visit an experience but also educates based on your needs and wants. Due to the exceptional customer service I get from Ryan and the remaining staff - I will never go to any other dispensary. Mix in the quality products and will also see this place is a goldmine!! Nice store. Nice waiting area. Website is simple and easy. High quality product. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Been to a few other Dispensaries around the Treasure Coast and MÜV Sebastian, FL is my go to dispensary and location.

First time in a dispensary. I went in for Black Friday sale. I am agoraphobic. I usually get deliveries from Trulieve to Fellsmere out of the Stuart, FL store by ordering online or through the main Trulieve number. The Sebastian store were organized, clean, nice and got me in and out as fast as possible. A normal day I'm sure would have been much faster.

First time here, thank you Kyle for answering all my questions. I will recommend this location to anyone.
