What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.

Been coming here for about 6months and I love it. Just wanted you to know that I didn't get my new renewal card for $25.00 & you need add$100.00 ,not very happy but it's over and hopefully I will be there until I hear back from the Medical Marijuana.

I love this dispensary! The staff are always very friendly and smiling. One of the best things about POW (both locations) is their daily sales (Flower for $15 and up) and their drive-thru. So convenient, I just place my order online and then go to the drive-thru and pick it up. I've rarely waited more than 5 minutes or so for the attendant to come to my car. Oh, I need to mention that the online menu is super easy to use! Pure Ohio Wellness has a low priced house band named "Locally Grown". In my opinion, those strains are just as good as any name brand. I always get so excited when new strains come along!

Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. I was very impressed! Mainly how nice and polite these folks are! After trying out their competition and seeing how rude they were. I will only be going to the Grove from now on! Their smoke is really good and the staff are wonderful and very helpful!

I went to King of Budz in Roseville yesterday 1/6/26 for the first time. Never been to a dispensary. When I first walk in I met, the Greeter, which she goes by O. She was about as pleasant as they come. She checked my ID, asked me a couple of questions and then I went in. Walked in and was met by Julie. She was very nice and very helpful. I explained to her that this was my first time and my pain management doctor told me to try gummies or pot for my pain. My doctor cut my pain meds down to a third of what I was taking. My pain management doctor thinks he's God. Anyway, Julie asked me what I was looking or needed. She said that," you came to the right girl". So she told me the gummies she offered were the same she takes for pain. Long story short, both O and Julie were super nice. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend King of Budz to everyone. If you meet O at the door, you'll fell welcome. And if you go on a Thurs. Fri. Sat. or Sun. Look for Julie. I will let everyone know how it works out for me.
