It was the first time in a dispensary where I encountered a very friendly clerk with abundant knowledge. Her name is Julissa. I had a lot of questions to figure out the strain and the dosage for my issues. She was great at picking the right one for me. It is farther away, but I will return here for my medical marijuana needs. Thank you, Julissa; you should get a raise!

House blends are a great deal! Flavor was awesome, recommended the Skywalker dabs!

The food truck is fire good burgers & hotdogs on top of great bud to smoke!

The budtender was not customer friendly git to the counter he walked away then asked "what you want " talked with store Manager and was very pleased with him. ill be back of course. I guess he was having a bad day.

Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Hot stoner chicks are the best bud tenders. Product is always quality unless you go too cheap or below your thc percentage threshold. Could use some better deals and more variety of products like shake ounces for a hundred with high thc %

You have to come visit this dispensary. It outshines all the rest! Great Hours: open from 6am - 10pm (8pm on Sundays) Outstanding Deals: I can't find any better anywhere else. EVERYONE is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely dedicated to making your experience incredibly pleasant. I didn't know this dispensary was open. I have seizures, fibro and other "nervous system" problems. They had Illicit Bruce Banner, which is wonderful for all my complaints. When I walked into the dispensary, I was put as ease because the waiting room was relaxing, even with other people sitting and waiting. You don't find this is other dispensaries. I was greeted by the person behind the counter. Very friendly staff. Rewards Program sounds very rewarding, which many dispensaries only pretend to offer . So, I have a new primary dispensary. Thank you Key Cannabis!

Only my 2nd time here but it's my favorite store by far. First time Becky hooked me up and was incredibly helpful. This second time it was the blonde with the great smile that wished me a happy birthday. Oh yeah, but thanks for starting the loyalty rewards the day After my bday. Come on! Only kidding. Best deals and I wish I would have opened my eyes to this place a while ago.

Certified company does a very great job with customer service/ care for their customers. Their buildings are always sweet with artwork, colorful designs, awesome they remodel, old restaurants. And the quality of their house flower is spot on for the Ohio market, great strains, good prices & deals. Budtenders know there flower and can help. Come back again

Always such a vast variety of amazing deals & discounts consistently switching it up with different brands and strains unlike most other dispensaries I’ve seen. When someone refers you, or vice versa, they will add an additional 20% off each individual item in your online order, even any discounted ones! Love the friendly & helpful staff and they they’re open later! By the way, to the Debbie downer who wrote the last review, don’t hate on the middleman. They have no control over any of the defective or perhaps bad quality of the items in which they receive. Take your negativity & complaints to the cultivators (companies) who distribute the products, not the dispensaries.

Zeth is a great guy who works mostly at night and is always happy and knowledgeable on anything you need to know about products and options in the store including their own line of products. Highly recommend!
