Best weed dispensaries in Ottawa, Illinois with authentic reviews

This place is the best dispensary I have gone to! I drive past a few dispensaries just to come here. The staff is very knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed while you ask questions. They are always running really good sales too so you can always get a nice deal. Also, I am in a wheelchair, and before that used and cane, and they are always helping me with doors and anything else I need. Everyone here always goes above and beyond every time I come, which is why I pass up a place I could “walk” to from my house just to come here.

I would personally like to say great job to Anthony. He greeted my wife and I as we arrived and I have to say that his positive energy was contagious

I have been to a couple of dispensaries but I always come back to curaleaf it so welcoming and friendly

Every one was friendly and competent. It was a good experience. I’m sure I’ll go back

I want to give a review of Kenzie N. I went to the East Peoria Nu Era and she was very helpful.

They have a great group of people working there. I always look forward to going. Alaina is always helpful and very sweet. I have alot of favorites. In 2 years only had one kind I didn't like

Good deals and good products all the time, staff are very welcoming and enthusiastic, knowledgeable on strains.

Best Dispensary in the area. I never go anywhere else. All the staff are professional while giving a great experience. Whether you are a new customer or been going there for awhile you are very welcomed in and always offered help. Star staff and products!

This is not just the closest MEDICAL DISPENSARY but my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE I've been going to RISE JOLIET ROCK CREEK FOR WELL OVER HALF A DECADE EASILY! BIG BIG BAG ORDERS WHILE YEAR'S OF LOYALTY I MIGHT HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING ON THEIR EXTREMELY VAST ASSORTMENT OF PRODUCTS AND BRANDS TO CHOOSE FROM OFF THEIR MENU! I LOVE THE WHOLE TEAM THERE WITH 'MY FAVORITE & BEST BUDTENDER IN ALLLLLLL OF ILLINOIS' --- ''BAILEY'' SAY...''KENT SENT ME TOLD ME HOW HELPFUL EVERYONE IS WHILE DEFINITELY TRY TO SAVE YOU AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WHEN NEEDED; MEDICAL GETS 30% OFF EVERYTHING & EVERYTIME"

This was my first time coming here and will definitely be coming back next time! Chelsea was helping me and she was very nice, funny and has a very welcoming warm personality. Highly recommend this place!!

Embarrassed myself lol legit almost threw up in the building but keep getting deals so shiis gas too lmao this was my third time there

Log cabin feeling when you walk in. Staff & guards are all very friendly, I like that they don’t all jump on you like it’s commission based, some other places I’ve experienced this. Always great deals!!

This is my regular dispensary. I love the website, it's menu is easy to understand and use. Great, laid-back staff. Always have great deals on a huge selection, from quantity to quality. And with the reward points i always have a little extra discount waiting.

Very clean and organized. Selection was limited, but that is to be expected right now.

Ed was awesome at fixing an issue, he made sure I was happy..

First off i just wanna say i loveee this establishment i have yet to experience anything less than great customer service from everyone. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being serviced by Deanna and just like our past interactions she was a pleasure and had me dying laughing. Besides the great vibes she and the other lady with the now orange hair always gives me but she went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her kindness and her very contagious personality that made my transaction and visit the best experience

This is a Rec AND Med shop. Not just Med

Knowledge, professionalism, and willing to spend the time. Thank you Dexy. I appreciate a bud tender who is willing to spend the time to share their knowledge while showing a ca professionalism. It’s you and those like you that keep me coming back to Sunnyside.

The people were really helpful and friendly. It was my first time at this store. I will definitely be back.

Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.I am always very happy to visit this dispensary.”Highly Recommended “

I had a very pleasant experience at this dispensary, the Budtenders were very nice and helped me find what I was looking for, The inside is really cool and nice things to look at and do while you wait in line if there is one. very quick and easy and friendly. the prices are pretty good considering the area. I will be going back soon for the membership deals

Always have an amazing experience with the staff at our St Charles Branch. Has really turned into the neighborhood dispensary

The staff was very helpful, the store had a good vibe, and everything seem cleaned and organized. We were in and out in good time as well.

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

Always love coming here !!! They are so friendly every time I’m in

A five star experience from entrance to exit. First impressions set the tone from Art (Security, Professional, Knowledgeable, with Charisma). Taylor (Education/Customer Service), Stev (Budtender/Education). Sean (Budtender/Education. Thank you for continuing to provide Orland Hills with this magical place.
