This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Be sure to check them out and holla at Hannah, or any of her awesome colleagues!

I love coming into this store. Have been in there many times. Never felt unwelcome or rushed. The people working here are genuine and friendly. I feel like anyone who has left a negative review needs to reevaluate their own life and the scale on which they judge others. I'm so thankful I don't have to be in customer service and deal with the people who look for any and every reason to complain. Stopped in here on our way back home to PDX…. Feliz was amazing, we were greeted at the door and welcomed in. The selection of this cannabis is all top shelf. A little pricy but that’s what you pay for good weed anyone who is a real smoker knows that. Feliz was very knowledgeable and kind, we had a great experience and will be coming again! I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)

Awesome spot for out of towners and locals alike. Best selection of pre-packaged products as well as a great fresh flower wall. I send my parents here for their once in a while goodies as well as friends for regular supplies. Much love.

I must say this place was a breath of fresh air! We are newbies to the dispensary scene and we were visiting from Texas in October. When we arrived we were immediately greeted with a smile from the security guard. When we entered the staff was just as friendly. The establishment has an open floor that’s similar to a small grocery store. Staff members rushed to our side to explain how things worked and they even walked through the store with us and recommended different strains based off of our preferences. They also checked in on us multiple times throughout the shopping experience. The products they carry are diverse and you’re sure to find something that suits your needs. They also have a plethora of pre rolls! Overall I would highly recommend this establishment over any of the other dispensaries in the area. Thank you so much to the High Times staff for making our first time memorable! We will definitely visit you all again when we are back in town!

We loved the service we got in this store both of the ladies are so friendly helpful.They reccomend the High Dessert lotion for pain...It is amazing..we love this miracle product.So glad they told us about it.Got my pineapple express there also..man do i love that strain.....i will be back again and stay in Sumpter at the Stockade its really nice also.
