Brooke was great assisting me with a small issue with a past order. They made it right on the spot. This here is the exact reason (besides prices) I have been coming here for years. Anyone reading this should give them a try and amaze yourself with great products, friendly staff and a relaxed experience. They will take care of you and point you in the best direction for whatever your cannabis or cbd needs are.

It was quick and easy but the guys behind the counter were helpful. They were nice people all around and it was a good experience.

Great customer service/patient service. The ladies are super nice. I just don’t like that we are not able to pay with card online and just pick it up. Their selection are not as wide as other places. Which is what prompted me to change the location.

There’s no better Medical Dispensary around, hands down. Not only do they provide the best product in Maine, the staff take the time to learn who you are..make you feel very comfortable, ask them anything and they’ll suggest a product catered to your likes, regardless of it’s top shelf or low shelf. Get to know them..and you won’t be disappointed!

Great experience! ... This is how a good business -- every business --should be run, and in the Puffin's case it is. Everything about my purchase was done smoothly and efficiently through online ordering (but paying in store upon delivery) ... and what Maine state law stipulates. Was working seasonally up in Maine and after a disappointing stop at a recreational dispensary found this place. Boy I am glad I started coming here. Somebody still cares about quality they test your cartridges you purchase. They manicure their flower better than any place I have ever seen. They take the time to explain everything which is important coming from out of state. Liam and Jami (not sure of spelling) are the best, I learned so much from both. Hope to be able to come back next year.

I especially like the Farley's Dog Walker tins of 5 small prerolls. Just right when walking with or without a dog. It's a great way to sample 5 different varieties. When you stop by you may get a chance to meet Farley if you're lucky.

These folks are great! So friendly and always running great specials. I use edibles and they have a great mix of gummies, chocolate and some really cool options like caramels, Peanut butter and baked goods. First class service and easy to get in and out.

I already love this place, stopped there for the first time a couple days ago. Love that they are open so early, I can go there on my way home. Really great selection of products, very helpful and friendly staff, great way to make a great impression. See you soon!
