Every time I shop at Bloom, there is always a pleasant and friendly bud tender taking care of me. They are fast, efficient, professional, courteous and very pleasant. I appreciate you all.

Every time I visit Bloom City I am greeted at the window by name and a friendly smile. The speed of service is fast and the product is top notch. I have been a patient since the dispensary opened and I have always been content and satisfied with the product and service. Thank you to all the staff for making it a positive experience every time.

My experience with Trinity was awesome! Good Vibes, Great atmosphere and quality products

my husband and I love to shop here. they always have good deals and great products. really good customer service and comfortable atmosphere.

I come here just for the premium shake because nobody else has strain-specific shake, especially of this magnitude in variety. Their shake is better than most prepackaged ounces from other places. I’ve acquired a few strains specifically for their effects, and wasn’t disappointed at all. Great and friendly staff. Very convenient service, just sitting in the car. I want to try all the “flavors” of cannabis this place offers, they’re all amazing so far.

This is my first time here Getting free gummy’s that you were offering edibles you said that you would send me a website where I can finishing ordering and receiving my free gummy bears or gummy’s thank you .Bonita Harris 0124 @iCloud

Brittany was very helpful it was my first time there and she helped me pick out my edibles, my vape and my smoke. She was the sweetest and kindest person I appreciate her helping me .

Alana at the front desk is my girl. Keeps a get "vibe" while you wait.

I love this place. The staff is friendly and the flower is amazing.

They always have amazing deals. It’s definitely worth the drive (I pass a lot of other stores going there, but they are worth it!)

Great staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. I drive by 6 dispensary’s to shop at arborside.

First time going to this Flower Bowl, I always go to the location on Michigan Ave. There is a couple of things right away I like about this location. First thing is, it’s way more spacious than the other one. Second, it’s not located on a dirt road and has a paved parking lot. And, just like the other location, they have a great selection and awesome prices. I’m happy this location opened.

My usual dispensary stopped delivering to my area so making the trip into Ann Arbor I decided to try somewhere new. Online Skymint looked interesting, lots of different products than I was used to seeing. My budtender Durk was so helpful and knew his stuff. I will be back and would highly recommend to anyone. Customer service was amazing!

Happy 4th weekend All I had the BEST budtender, Marsha was amazing! She reminded me of flower, vape and all deals! My brother was here from out of town. Marshs made our adventure great! He's so excited for his return to 420 factory! Thanks Marsha for the smiles the laughter and the amazing customer services skills! ☆☆☆☆☆Marsha ☆☆☆☆☆

Sam was the most helpful tender I have ever dealt with. Guy knows his stuff as well as super patient.

I like the wide variety. Good selection. Very helpful staff and the quality is worth the price.

Excellent service, relaxing atmosphere, and quality bud. Been there twice, and haven’t been disappointed in the slightest. Will absolutely return.
