This honestly may be the new spot for me. The budtenders are very knowledgeable of the product and always make sure to get the right thing for me. I also like that I can order on Leafly and get 10% off every time at pickup. This makes it super efficient, especially with their drive thru. They always have different deals going on, and I’ve seen them do drives to help the community.

Friendly and educated atmosphere! I am new to the dispensary world and I was taught about all of the products I was interested in during my visit which made my choosing process easier. Also the store has a wide variety of products. Glad to see Greenwood, MS expanding!

I always have a question about certain strains and how they affect you. The staff are always helpful , knowledgeable and eager to help even when it’s busy . They make you feel like a friend and neighbor.

This dispensary has honestly become my go-to spot. The staff is always incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every single time I come in. The girls there make the whole experience comfortable and fun instead of awkward or rushed, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. They always have awesome free swag, deals, and little extras going on, which makes it even better. The atmosphere is clean, chill, and just overall good vibes every visit. On top of that, the product quality is consistently amazing and the staff always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for. Easily one of the best dispensaries around — great people, great products, and they always make you feel appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend.

lady that helped me was wonderful I've actually been there twice and it's because of her that I've went back twice she sit down she explained everything to me she helps me whenever I didn't understand it she would break it down to where I did this is a very nice place to go back to the people there are really nice The second time around she was just as wonderful even had a co-worker helping that was just as wonderful it's a great place it's really really a great place they are friendly they make you feel welcome they're awesome

i really like how they spoke with me about their products. I have a feel for what I want to buy and am more comfortable than ever when I already know what I want because I talked to them about it. so when. I walk in I can get what I want no problem. they are very good people

This place is one of my favorite spots to go! Every strain I have bought from here is really good and hits nicely. The employees are always friendly and helpful and they have great price points. I was in here the other day and they have some NEW 2gm carts that are BOTH Sativa & Indica (you just need to switch it on the pen) I plan to go buy one soon. I was told they would be about $25 OTD!!!!

First time in the store, it was very clean and roomy. Both Dante and Melissa were wearing their masks, very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a wide variety of products to suit Anyone’s medical needs! They also have a very nice selection of apparel and glassware. I will definitely be back next Friday. Listen y’all!!! Whatever you have heard about Cloud 9 is right. The customer service IS fantastic, the product selection IS insane, and the overall atmosphere IS a straight 10/10. Everyone was so laid back while still professional and knowledgeable. Jot chats to you like he’s known you for years and makes the atmosphere so welcoming and Kelsey is a sweet, friendly, and welcoming face!! Can’t wait to come back already!! :)

Super great shop I typically go to the location on SW 66th and Western and since they've reopened the location looks amazing. For a little while, while they were "Upgrading" the first location, I shopped at the location on SW 29th and May and they offered just as much as the store on Western and they have a freaking drive through! Both locations have the coolest employees, I hate people and find myself engaging with the employees every time.

This is my go to dispensary for the best bud in town for the best prices! Including the best staff!
